The exhibit features a variety of items from the Museum’s collections. Each letter of the alphabet is represented by a group of artifacts, from Arrowheads to Zeno. What’s a Zeno? Board member Gil Belles responded, “We hope people will visit the Museum to find out exactly what a Zeno is.”
The variety of artifacts included in the exhibit represents a cross-section ofthe many items deeded and loaned to the Museum over the years, some of them quiterare. The groups representing each letter are arranged in a scavenger-hunt style. As curator Daniel Smith said, “We mixed up the letters so that children could come in and have fun looking for each one. We’re going to provide a scavenger hunt sheet so that they can write what each letter stands for and which artifact is their favorite."
